    • mined and adapted data from various sources and different plant species, ensuring their integrity and scientific rigor, overcoming challenges of data scarcity and lack of information on proper protocols

    • developed pipelines and code in Python, Bash, and R for the management, analysis, and integration of extensive genetic data sets, resulting in a potential gene database
